The short answer is "it depends". Every horse is different. It depends on workload, performance expectations, injuries, conditioning, and how well they respond to the work. The frequency will depend on the plan you and your bodyworker agree upon for your particular horse.
It depends. It is good for them to have 24 hours to adjust to the changes happening in their body after the session. Ideally, they would have access to turnout following the session or handwalking to allow body movement. Talk to your bodyworker for recommendations for your specific horse.
As soon as possible! Even foals benefit from bodywork.
